1a. Dye the suit and iron out the wrinkles.
1b. Adapt the purple skirt suit as follows:

Pink dress
YOU NEED: pink Aline dress; white buttons; white trim; gingham material; white belt buckle
1. Get a pink Aline dress. Doesn’t matter about sleeves as you’re wearing a cardigan.
2. If there aren’t any already, sew white buttons up the front from the waist up.
3. Use pink gingham material to create and sew on the collar. 4. Use the leftover material to create a thin belt, attaching the white belt buckle. I recommend covering an existing belt.
Mine was made by Saffy with a zip in the back for quick changes.
White cardigan
Get one from a charity shop or stores aimed at the older customer.
White hairclips
YOU NEED: 2 hair clips; white cardboard
1. Cut out two circles from the white card.
2. Cut out their inner circles, leaving a bar across the middle.
3. Sellotape the circles to the hair clips via the bar down the middle.
‘Janet’ necklace
You should be able to order these from Argos. Have a look here for the link to their online website, although I’m not sure if they will send items overseas. Alternatively, find a nice Brit who’s willing to order one and send it to you. Be prepared for Customs tax when it reaches you!
White shoes
Aim for white patent slip side Mary Janes, but any white heeled shoes will do. You’ll have most luck looking at wedding shoes – you’ll always find these available in satin and silk.
